As well as restaurants and hotels, Christian's love of the sea has brought him to work on a 133m luxury mega yacht, a cruise ship and a 55m sailing ship. Christian now is a Private Chef and Chocolatier in the local Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area and truly loves what he does. Christian loves to cook and specialises in French and Modern European cuisines with bits of Scandinavian as well. Christian makes everything himself, from ice creams to sorbets, pasta to pastry and even does his own butchery and fish preparation too. Another part of his business he also creates hand crafted chocolates where he hand tempers the chocolate for the shell then fills them with different ganaches, caramels, jellies and mousses.
