His first experience was working in the Michelin starred restaurant of a hotel situated in the Cantal where he was lucky enough to have a chef sharing his taste for simplicity and local products. Cedric later joined his family restaurant where his father pursued his training and passed on to him the taste of sharing and Provencal flavours. He was in charge of this sea side restaurant where he kept the family traditions by sharing his taste for this southern cuisine. Cedric's experiences to Alsace, where he really discovered his inner cooking style what made him who he is today : a perfectionist chef who likes to pass on his knowledge and please others through his dishes.
