Cathy has been working with food for over 20 years, including owning and running a restaurant, cookery demonstrations both in Scotland and in America, private house party catering, weddings at venues all over Scotland and every level of corporate catering. With her years of experience, knowledge and love of food, she can give you the freshest of ingredients and the most innovative menus. She has a real passion for food and its provenance. Scotland is a natural larder of fantastic foods and she loves to showcase these as much as possible in a sometimes quirky but always imaginative way! This means fresh, local and seasonal and it all helps to cut down on food miles. To this end she uses a lot of small, local suppliers based in and around the Scottish Borders and they can provide her with the best locally sourced products around (some of it organic) from Tweedside honey to Border Beef.
