He is a recognised food developer and pastry chef, having been trained in France at the famous school of Paul Augier, based in Nice, French Riviera. From the age of three Boris watched his mother cook and always stood at her side. His passion for authentic and organic cuisine stems from that period, and is his mum's legacy. Having worked with renowned restaurants such as The Colbert, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Savoy Hotel, and other great names in France and London, Boris has acquired an array of culinary techniques.
