About the Chef

Born in Ivory Coast, raised in a mix family with African, Caribbean and European background from Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Guyana and France, Moses loves to bring the best and freshest ingredients coupled with unique Afro-Carribean and French flair and techniques to your table! He is also a recognised food developer, cat...... Born in Ivory Coast, raised in a mix family with African, Caribbean and European background from Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Guyana and France, Moses loves to bring the best and freshest ingredients coupled with unique Afro-Carribean and French flair and techniques to your table! He is also a recognised food developer, caterer chef, pastry and chocolatier. From the age of three, Moses watched his mother cook and always stood at her side. His passion for real and organic cuisine surely comes from that period and this is the legacy Moses' mum left him. From ALLIANZ BANK in Paris and Lyon where he was working as a Wealth Management Advisor, to THE COLBERT in London Sloan Square Area, where he has developed great techniques as a pastry chef but also as a chocolatier, thanks to his head chef, Kieran Mcauley. Kieran gave him a chance and trained him on the chocolate work; him, the "Little Frenchie," who arrived in London with a backpack to try his luck. Moses wants to be a different chef and this is reflected in his unique cuisine! Moses worked for and was approached by renowned groups in France and England. To quote some of them we can mention, for example, BUDDHA BAR, which was his first employer in London, but also TESSIA, SAVOY HOTEL, GORDON RAMSAY, or JOEL REBUCHON, where he worked for few days. Moses has also been the Front of House Manager for renowned groups such as: THE HUMMINGBIRD BAKERY, PRESS LTD and GODIVA CHOCOLATIER.
