Born in Ivory Coast, raised in a mix family with African, Caribbean and European background, Boris loves to bring the best and freshest ingredients coupled with unique flair and techniques to your table! He is also a recognised food developer and pastry chef and has been trained in France where he obtained a Diploma in pastry art at the famous school of catering and hospitality PAUL AUGIER, based in Nice, French Riviera. From the age of three, in his native Ivory Coast, Boris watched his mother cook and always stood at her side. His passion and love for authentic and organic cuisine surely comes from that period and this is the legacy his mum left him. Having worked with renowned restaurants such as THE COLBERT (Corbin and King), L'ATELIER DE JOEL ROBUCHON, SAVOY HOTEL, and other great names in France and London, Boris has learned different technics of cooking which is an asset he uses in his cuisine. Today, Boris is 100% devoted to his passion for food, traveling and writing and is very happy to make you travel with him through his unique cuisine which is warm, delicate and authentic.
