Validation Dinner: Stoyan Nihtyanov

Congratulations to chef Stoyan on his successful validation by the La Belle Assiette Jury!

Congratulations to chef Stoyan Nihtyanov on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 20th of November in Cheltenham. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

The Chef

Chef Stoyan specialises in Japanese cuisine and has experience working in top restaurants. He started his career in Bulgaria 7 years ago and in 2012 moved to London, which many believe is the UK’s food capital, to learn more skills and gain knowledge. Stoyan has worked as a Head Chef in top London restaurants and has been a part of a private events team, cooking fine Japanese food. Now, he offers his special private dining services in Gloucestershire!

“I was very impressed!! This was our first experience of a private chef in the house and it was brilliant. Lovely flavours, delicious Thai meal finished with a divine chocolate pot. Stoyan made sure that everything was so beautifully presented.”

Chef Stoyan created a delicious Thai-themed menu which impressed the judges with its authentic style and flavour. Each dish was beautifully presented, reflecting his eye for detail. The jury was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the experience as a whole.
