Congratulations to chef Rossana Caruana on her successful validation dinner. Her validation took place on the 6th of January in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Rossana started as a chef in Rome in 2013. After professional cooking school (Italian Chef Academy), She moved her first steps in the prestigious kitchen of Romeo Chef&Baker with Michelin starred chef Cristina Bowerman. Rossana learned the basis and not only of professional cooking in all sections. Mrs Bowerman offered and offers an international and very interesting cuisine in Rome. Rossana moved to London in 2016 and is currently working for different hospitality agencies. In Italy Rossana was also a personal chef so she wants to go on with this great experience. Rossana loves to cook in people’s kitchens, to have a direct contact with customers, so she really likes to be a personal chef. She hails from Sicily so she loves to mix the traditional sicilian recipes with international cuisine. Rossana like to use all the ingredients, but her favourite one is fish.

Rossana created a delicious meal, showing her Sicilian roots by using regional ingredients, with light fish dishes combined with delicate flavours. Rossana was very friendly and a pleasure to host!
