Congratulations to chef Natalie Terpilowska on her successful validation dinner. Her validation took place on the 25th of August in Edinburgh. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Nat is a young chef who started cooking at a very young age and got her way up on the line from the very bottom – washing dishes, to the very top – a successful Head Chef. She’s very passionate about what she does and researches new cooking trends and techniques all the time. Great personality makes the time spent with her fly very quickly – she loves talking about cooking!
Tomato, basil and almond salad
or, smoked salmon on melba toast with creme fraiche and capers
Roasted aubergine with ratatouille on a bed of cous cous and rocket, pesto oil.

roasted peaches and cream with raspberry and peach compote
