Congratulations to Chef Mark on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 19th of July near Leicester. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Mark was passionate about food from an early age. After trying a few other career paths, Mark finally settled on his true calling, cooking. Whilst honing his craft, Mark’s food adventures have taken given him a wide and varied experience, from fine dining in restaurants to corporate hospitality at some of the country’s most prestigious sporting venues. Mark has travelled all over the world and loves to sample regional delicacies and recreate in his own inimitable style. Mark appreciates that the best food is often the simplest and he loves to use a few simple ingredients to produce authentic flavours with a modern twist
