Congratulations to Marcello Muiesan on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 16th of November in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Marcello is an Italian chef born and raised in the North of Italy, with roots in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. His grandmothers’ gifted him with a passion for cooking that developed as he grew up. The principal ingredients in his dishes are often inspired by their culinary words of wisdom incorporating his own twist to modernise traditional Italian cuisine. His expertise were expanded when Marcello worked and managed a fine dining restaurant for over 20 years. Marcello puts an emphasis on the presentation of dishes but he never compromises on the taste. He also places an importance on use of high quality ingredients believing it is the foundation of all great food. Marcello is a talented wine importer and sommelier. He is able to match food and wine creating the ultimate experience!
