Congratulations to chef Marcello Ghiretti on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 2nd of November in Manchester. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Marcello is a highly trained culinary nutrition chef and an ex-athlete with a passion for body building and cross-fit. He has worked in many Michelin Starred restaurants across the globe. With over 20 years of experience in the kitchen, Marcello can work around any request to create the perfect event. He is passionate for spicy food and the master on how to make any type of pasta or dessert. Over the last 7 years he has been executive development chef in charge of the pasta production for over 50 restaurants, working with celebrities and always performing to a high standard, creating outstanding dishes.
