Validation Dinner: Luis Percheiro Da Silva

Congratulations to chef Luis Percheiro Da Silva on his successful validation by the La Belle Assiette Jury!

Congratulations to chef Luis Percheiro Da Silva on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 3rd of February in Leeds. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

With over 10 years experience in restaurants and private catering, Chef Luis aims to bring the best of what a restaurant has to offer to your living room.
