Validation Dinner: Hiroshi Sudo

Congratulations to Chef Hiroshi on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 19th of January in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

The Chef

Hiroshi is an experienced Japanese chef who has worked in London for over 20 years. Inspired by catering for high end clients, he decided to branch out on his own to work as a private chef. He is able to cater for small or large private parties, special events, corporate events, weddings, as per your request and budget. He can also set up a sushi bar, Teppanyaki or Tempura stand, and cook in front of your guests if you’re looking for a show-stopping dinner.

Roasted duck with miso sauce, marinated chicken wing Karaage, mushroom confit and proscuitto, salmon tartar with Yuzu soy sauce

“Chef Sudo was so polite and looked very smart. Throughout the evening him and his wife were so discreet but appeared just at the right times. They talked us through every course and had made sure everything was entirely gluten free for me. Nothing was a problem. They arrived exactly on time and seamlessly did all the prep and then washed everything up afterwards! The food was absolutely delicious and I can not recommend Chef Sudo and his wife, Aki enough. They were so professional but also so pleasant to have in our home and I would welcome them back any time, it was a truly memorable and special evening.”
