Validation Dinner: Hanna Miller

Congratulations to chef Hanna Miller on her successful validation by the La Belle Assiette Jury!

Congratulations to chef Hanna Miller on her successful validation dinner. Her validation took place on the 3rd of February in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

Hanna is a friendly and highly passionate chef who thrives on using the finest ingredients to make delicious and memorable meals. As a professional chef based in London and the South of England she has trained in various Michelin starred kitchens around the country, most notably at Morston Hall in Norfolk (1*) and at the world renowned Le Gavroche (2*) where she spent several years training both in the main kitchen and as a pastry chef. Both her childhood spent in Malaysia and Singapore and an extensive period of time spent living in China and Taiwan have given her a strong command of the bold flavours of the Far East which, combined with her classical French training and passion for fresh, top quality ingredients make for exciting, vibrant food of the absolute highest standard. Hanna now lives and works in North London as a private chef, food stylist and food writer. She champions locally sourced, organic produce and also specialises in creating delicious, bespoke menus for clients with specific dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan and dairy/gluten free.

Catering for a party of vegan guests, she demonstrated her flexibility and versatility by using a range of cooking techniques to produce a fantastic selection of delicious dishes. She was very friendly and a pleasure to host, happily answering any questions the guests had.
