Congratulations to Fabrizio Ricotta on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 23rd of November in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Fabrizio had a passion for food from a very young age. He lovingly remembers spending afternoons podding peas with his grandmother. This same passion, love and care for food led him to become a chef. With more than 10 years of experience, Fabrizio has worked in renowned restaurants such as Novikov, The Darwin Brasserie and Texture. Moving to London when he was 21, Fabrizio started to discover a new way of cooking using different ingredients and techniques never seen before, this was heaven. Developing his skills, Fabrizio has established a unique cooking style that roots into Italian tradition, incorporating elements of British and French gastronomy. His cooking is shaped by his personal taste transforming dishes into simple, tasty and elegant culinary creations.

Slow cooked pork loin with roasted tenderstem broccoli, red wine jus and mashed potatoes
