Validation Dinner: Alessandro Salamone

Congratulations to chef Alessandro Salamone on his successful validation by the La Belle Assiette Jury!

Congratulations to chef Alessandro Salamone on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 21st of April in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

A chef and a sport nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience in food and hospitality, Alessandro has gained a variety of skills and experience in management. He also worked in the food service equipment industry and was in charge of developing food projects as a development chef. On top of that Alessandro was involved in creating new food concepts and is looking forward to delivering you an unforgettable private chef dining experience!

Fried yolk with a tender heart, fresh seasonal salad with sun-dried tomatoes and a sheet of cured parmesan cheese

Egg maccheroni alla “amatriciana” with roasted cured pork cheek in a baby tomato sauce with pecorino cheese


Cannolo Siciliano with sweet sheep ricotta cheese and candied fruit
