Congratulations to chef Alessandro Colli on his successful validation dinner. His validation took place on the 9th of April in London. The role of the jury members was to try the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Alessandro learned how to cook from his grandmother. He remembers her cooking agnolotti and finding himself hiding under the table to steal them from her. She was always an example for Alessandro. They spent a lot of time cooking together, especially after Alessandro has become a Chef. She is his source of inspiration. Thanks to the Chef Academy of London that Alessandro attended in 2013, he could improve on preparing Italian and fusion cuisine as well as the French techniques. Alessandro is grateful to all the Chefs that he met on his professional journey, each of them taught him something that allowed him to become who he is today. For the first part of his career, Alessandro has been focused on learning how to be efficient and precise in the fast-paced environment. After that, he moved on to a catering position, where he was more focused on private parties with canapé service. Now is the time to show you his masterpieces!
