The Jury members consisted of food blogger The London Foodie and his friends. Their role was to experience the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.thechefWilliam BriantWill has worked in London and France as a chef in restaurants, as a private caterer, a street food chef and food writer. He has lived in London his whole life but now lives in Edinburgh. He loves the restaurant scene there; small independent restaurants and access to fantastic produce. He loves using fresh Scottish produce, particularly using interesting vegetable varieties from favourite organic shops and different cuts of meat. His style fits into the term of ‘Modern British’, using different cooking methods but with a focus on taste above all. His mackerel starter was delicately balanced whilst the main of slow cooked pigs cheeks was a real highlight and its accompanying crackling was perfectly crisp. As one guest happily remarked, it was “inspiring to see someone so young prepare such an excellent meal and present it with charm, grace and poise” and we have to agree with that sentiment, Will is a fantastic private chef and perfectly suited for your next dinner party!
