Congratulations to chef Tomi Makanjuola on her successful validation. Her validation took place on the 25th of February in London. The role of the jury members was to experience the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.
Tomi is a professional chef who is passionate about vegan cuisine. She founded the food blog, The Vegan Nigerian, in 2013 as a way to showcase the vibrant and colourful flavours of traditional and contemporary Nigerian food with a vegan twist. Some of her recipes have been featured on the BBC, as well as online platforms such as One Green Planet. When she is not blogging about food, she is running a vegan pop-up restaurant in London, creating YouTube recipe videos, and making appearances at food festivals and events. If you believe that vegan food should be nothing short of delicious, then her menu is the one for you. Treat your taste buds to meals that are unique, good for you, good for the animals, and good for the planet!
