Congratulations to chef Rhys Blessed on his successful validation. His validation took place on the 25th of February in London. The role of the jury members was to experience the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

As an experienced and professional chef, Rhys’ jury members were in safe hands at the validation dinner. Rhys delivered a high quality meal which was beautifully presented and served with care. His dishes were homely and comforting, featuring a Yorkshire twist of flavours.The food was interesting, tasty, and just the right balance between the familiar and the unusual. The haddock soufflé particularly impressed, with familiar flavours using a different texture. Furthermore, Rhys’ polite and charming manner enabled his guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company throughout the evening.
