Congratulations to chef Pete Cranston on his successful validation. His validation took place on the 20th of January in Bristol. The role of the jury members was to experience the private chef dining experience and evaluate the menu prepared by the chef.

We are happy to announce the validation of chef Pete, who astounded his guests with his “Michelin star standard” creations. The use of fresh ingredients, hand-picked by Pete himself, impressed his guests and meant that he really understood each element of his dishes when explaining it all to his guests. Furthermore, Pete made each of the dishes his own with his inventive presentation, such as the berry cured salmon served on a pebble. His guests really appreciated the effort and thought put into each of the dishes and would recommend him for any future dinner parties!
