Growing up as a hotelier’s son, Stuart Brown learnt all the tricks in catering from a young age. His first role as a chef was within a country house hotel and Timeshare resort in Royal Deeside. Stuart then went on to spend over 6 years in a fine dining seafood restaurant; he left as the head chef with 3 rosettes to his name. His next challenge was a busy city centre bar/brasserie where he served up to 700 covers a day (brunch, lunch, dinner and private dining) of various cuisines. He then spent 10 years at a city law firm, looking after their hospitality and staff restaurant. This extended to their homes for private chef dining; he developed a passion for creating tailored experiences in the comfort of people’s own homes.
