With dinners for two starting at £39, you can impress the love of your life in the comfort of your own home setting this Valentine’s Day without breaking the bank. Enzo Russo, one of our expert Italian chefs proposes a Valentine’s menu capable of catering to any heart which opens with appetisers of smoked bacon and creamy asparagus tartlets, curry chicken skewers, smoked salmon and black caviar. Then it’s on to a starter of fresh oysters before a main course of white truffle risotto with whipped brie de beaux. No sweet tooth will go unsatisfied here however as Enzo brings the meal to a passionate conclusion with passion fruit cheesecake with orange sorbet and orange salad.
Prestige – Sophisticated dinner party catering perfect for food enthusiasts
Dinner parties aren’t just an evening affair, why not treat yourself and your party to our chef Mark Heirs’ Afternoon Tea. Aperitifs of virgin elderflower blinis pave way for a selection of sophisticated sandwiches with roasted free range chicken and tarragon mayonnaise, home-smoked salmon and cucumber, honey-roast ham with grain mustard, smoked duck and spiced plum chutney and mull cheddar and tomato relish. The savouries don’t stop there though. Hand-made puddle-dub pork sausage rolls and cheddar and sweet onion quiche will leave your party with enough room only for the homemade scones with local preserves and clotted creams and a selection of homemade cakes, patisseries and pastries. All washed down with a selection of high quality loose leaf teas.

Catering dinner parties to even the most demanding and luxurious degree is not a problem with La Belle Assiette. Why not sample an offering from Campbell Mickel with his take on the British classics. An aperitif cocktail of Bloody Mary shots with intense flavours that will tingle the tastebuds in preparation for the stater of Cullen skink with smoked haddock bon bons, buttered baby leeks and sautéed potatoes. For the main course, a loin of Islay Wild Venison is served with thyme and shallot rostis, cauliflower purée and red currant croquettes. Desert takes form in rice pudding brulée and minted strawberries. Spiffing!
Whatever the occasion, La Belle Assiette is perfectly capable of catering to your dinner party needs. Dietary requirements and allergies are no problem for our qualified chefs who are used to working in small, kitchen environments, so no kitchen is too small.
