The chef

Toro BelloChef Toro Belo has been passionate about good food from a young age, having always enjoyed cooking for family and friends as well as recipe writing, it was only a natural progression that she decided to train professionally at the Cordon Bleu. She has had experience both in fine dining and home entertainment. Her cooking style is modern European but she also draws inspiration from different parts of the world. She endeavours to work with the freshest and best quality ingredients. Toro would love to bring you a memorable 5 star dining experience in the comfort of your home, so do not hesitate to let her know your requests!

To take part in this Validation Dinner you have two options:

– Be a guest : bookings are limited to two £15 tickets per person. Every participant should first subscribe to be a Member of the Jury. You will be informed of the dinner’s location a few days before the validation dinner (the dinner always takes place in London).

– Be a host: you and a person of your choice will enjoy the services of a private chef for free. You can host the dinner as long as you can fit 8 people at your table, and have a kitchen with 4 hobs and an oven. You also need to be able to welcome the chef 2 hours before the dinner starts. And your  apartment/house has to be located within London.

Prawn Bisque
Pork tenderloin served with shallot puree, baby carrot, Parisienne potatoes, pork belly croquette and port sauce
Peach and blueberry mille feuille
Rum and Oreo truffles
