Concerning the Chef
Diego has been working as a chef since the age of 16. After spending over 12 years working in some of the most important restaurant of his homecounrty Italy he finally moved to London with his girlfriend who is also in the food industry working as pastry chef in one of the best hotel in London. Diego always buys everything from local shops and tries to avoid the big supermarket, he also insist on using seasonal product but is open to all request. Diego cooks everything on the spot and at the same time he enjoys demonstrating and explianing what it is he is doing. Diego defines himself as very flexible and clean! Evyrthing he uses for his preparation is cleaned at end of the event by myself. Diego hopes to delight you with his food.
To take part in this Validation Dinner, you have two possibilities:
– Be a participant : bookings are limited to two 15£-tickets per person. Every participant should be first subscribed as a Member of the Jury. You will be informed of the dinner’s location a few days before the Validation Dinner. (know that it will take place in London)
– Be a host: you and a person of your choice will enjoy the services of a private chef for free. You can host the dinner as long as you can fit 8 people at your table, and have a kitchen with 4 hobs and an oven. You also need to be able to welcome the Chef 2 hours before the dinner starts. And your apartment/house has to be located within London.
