“Jan really knows how to put you at ease; his friendly and relaxed attitude made sure that the evening went smoothly. The halibut was delicious and Jan worked hard to create an experience that I was involved in, explaining exactly how he had prepared the dish. His passion for cooking was evident and I was certainly glad to be given some cooking tips from him. I have a sweet tooth, so the homemade truffles were by far my favourite.
