Chef James Benson“I booked James Benson through La Belle Assiette to cater a birthday dinner for my sister and her family while I was staying with them in Cardiff, and I cannot recommend James and the La Belle Assiette experience too highly. I was impressed by how closely the LBA team liaised with me throughout. James cooked a phenomenal three-course dinner which was beautifully presented and which every one of my sister, brother-in-law, three nieces and nephew loved and found utterly delicious (an exceptional occurrence!).
