About the Chef

Upon graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney Australia, Archie completed an internship under Alain Roux at The Waterside Inn. He then worked at a 5* Relais & Chateaux in Dorset before moving to The Fat Duck, where he spent time in both the restaurant kitchen and the Experimental Kitchen. This was followed by a job at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Archie’s most recent work was as a freelance consultant chef, where he helped launch Dirty Bones (Kensington) after developing menus and training staff.
