Antonello is a passionate chef with a wide range of experience in different kinds of kitchen. He likes to define his cuisine as a "Mediterranean fusion" style with an asian touch. Antonello is a passionate chef with a wide range of experience in different kinds of kitchen. He likes to define his cuisine as a "Mediterranean fusion" style with an asian touch. Fish, meat as well as vegetarian cuisine are mixed in his experience to inspire simply but lovely meals. In partnership with his wife Natalia, he owned, developed and managed two natural fine dining restaurants in Tuscany: a wonderful farmhouse with restaurant and cookery school in the hills of Montalbano (close to Florence) and a restaurant on the beautiful seaside of Follonica. In the farmhouse, with a small production of extra vergin olive oil and a good variety of fruits and vegetables, they grown together the passion for vegetarian and vegan food, as well as combining vegetables with meat and fish to explore a wide choice of tastes. The love of cooking and the ability to engage customers with a friendly approach, makes Antonello a very personable chef, who is to great to pass time with while he prepares a wonderful meal.
