Absolutely delicious meal, beautifully presented and was a pleasure to deal with Anthony. Was top class throughout and impossible to find fault. Finally, everything was cleared up, washed up and put back away as we talked with our friends about how enjoyable the whole meal had been. Would not hesitate to use Anthony again, but it will make it difficult to settle for a restaurant in future.

My Star Dish if I had to choose one would probably be; Fillet of Cheshire beef with ox tail bourguignon. I use very slow cooked oxtail and crisp pancetta lardons to create a rich, sticky, smokey jus and I use beautifully marbled, centre cut fillet steak.
My 3 favourite ingredients are; shallots, they are essential in so many savoury dishes as a good starting flavour. Thyme is an absolutely marvellous herb! used in moderation, can transform many dishes. Maldon Sea Salt, moorish and delicate, I never go anywhere without it.
I am a private chef because I enjoy the creative control this allows me over the dishes I create. The fulfilment of providing a unique, bespoke experience from inception to completion is something unlike any other I have had in other catering roles.
