Andrea's food doesn’t get thrown together; the flavours woo each other until their combinations are melting in your mouth. A bit poetic you might be thinking – but this is how Andrea discovers and experiences food. His enthusiasm for the palate is also one of the reasons that Michelin starred restaurant Mugaritz chose him as chef shortly after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu school in London. Providing him with one of the best experiences of his life. Following that, he was taken on by the world’s top restaurant, Osteria Francescana. And after that, he developed his expertise from Michelin starred restaurants, to catering for Buckingham Palace, to VIP events. Andrea has been learning and practicing varied types of cuisine, cooking in his own time any he lacked the opportunity to develop at work, such as the Asian and Indian cuisines. Now, he wants to bring this experience and knowledge to you. To your house. To your company. At the end of the dinner you will realize that your vision of the food changed magically.
