About the Chef

When Andrea was only 8 years old he already knew that he wanted to become a chef. He's studied in a Chef School in Italy for five years, and at the age of 18 moved to Spain to obtain knowledge about the Spanish cuisine. He's studied in a Chef School in Italy for five years, and at the age of 18 moved to Spain to obtain knowledge about the Spanish cuisine. At the age of 19 Andrea moved to London to learn how to prepare Michelin star Italian food. In London he's been very lucky to have had the opportunity of working at The Saffron restaurant for two and a half years. Andrea then decided to learn the French cooking and had an opportunity to work at one of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants.
