When he was 8 years old, Andrea already knew that he wanted to become a chef. He studied in a chef school in Italy for five years, and when he was 18 year old, he moved to Spain to learn about Spanish cuisine. He studied in a chef school in Italy for five years, and when he was 18 year old, he moved to Spain to learn about Spanish cuisine. At the age of 19, he moved to London to learn how to cook Michelin-starred Italian food. He was very lucky to have the opportunity to work at The Saffron restaurant for 2 and a half years. He then decided to learn French cooking and he got the opportunity to work at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant for a year. After this, he worked in a Japanese restaurant to try new flavours.
