As a child, he used to watch his mother cooking passionately. In the past years, he has visited several countries for his culinary and managerial experience. In 2012, he decided to take his passion to an educational level and completed his course in MSA, the best culinary school in Turkey, for theoretical and practical culinary. Right after his graduation, he started to work for the best and most popular restaurant chain in Turkey. Including Num Num, Carluccious Turkey, Novotel Istanbul, Banyan Istanbul… In that time he has experienced fusion Asian kitchen, hotel operation skills and especially Mediterranean cuisine techniques. Since 2014 he has worked for restaurants to improve their menus and provide them freelance chef services which include big banqueting events.
