About the Chef

Growing up in a gastronomy oriented family, Alexandre has always been passionate about food. It was only natural for him to undergo Culinary Arts studies in Nice were he grew up. He late won the prestigious prize of "meilleur apprenti de la Côte d ´Azur". Thanks to this title, he managed to get a place in l'Univers de Ch...... Growing up in a gastronomy oriented family, Alexandre has always been passionate about food. It was only natural for him to undergo Culinary Arts studies in Nice were he grew up. He late won the prestigious prize of "meilleur apprenti de la Côte d ´Azur". Thanks to this title, he managed to get a place in l'Univers de Christian Plumail the famous Michelin starred restaurant. This tough experience gave him plenty of responsibilities. The young chef was actually in charge of a team of chefs. After spending 7 years working in the same team, Alexandre decided to move to the UK and to settle in London in order to improve his English . He first worked as a pastry chef manager at the Bleeding Heart restaurant. After this enriching experience he now dedicated himself to working as a private chef in order to share his passion and make you discover and enjoy the tastes of his childhood memories.
