About the Chef

Aleixandre Sarrion grew up in a town called Denia on the Spanish coast of Alicante. He was inspired by it’s famous gastronomy culture, brilliant seafood, traditional Valencian paellas and tapas.

Aleixandre Sarrion grew up in a town called Denia on the Spanish coast of Alicante. He was inspired by it’s famous gastronomy culture, brilliant seafood, traditional Valencian paellas and tapas.
He started his professional chef career in the Valencian region of Spain working under the Quique Dacosta family that have a 3 Michelin star restaurant. He moved to England to broaden his experience, and continued to work under fabulous michelin star chefs including Tom Aikens, Michel Roux Junior, Nuno Mendez and among others, he had the opportunity to cook for the Queen Elizabeth, David Cameron, Gloria Estefan, Paul Gasol, Shirley Bassey, Jung Who-sang, Ahn Sung-Ki amongst others. His passion still remains with Spanish, French and Asian cuisine.
