Alessandro learned how to cook from his grandmother. He remembers her cooking agnolotti and finding himself hiding under the table to steal them from her. She was always an example for Alessandro. They spent a lot of time cooking together in the last years, especially after Alessandro has become a Chef. She is his first source of inspiration. Thanks to the Chef Academy of London that Alessandro attended in 2013, he could improve on preparing Italian and fusion cuisine as well as the French techniques. Alessandro is grateful to all the Chefs that he met on his professional journey, each of them taught him something that allowed him to become who he is today. For the first part of his career, Alessandro has been focused on learning how to be efficient and precise in the fast-paced environment.
