Furthermore, with a background in premium event catering together with business in industry catering he has over 15 years’ experience working in professional kitchens both small and large scale in and around London and the Home Counties. Some of the previous events he has catered for include Royal Ascot, London Fashion Week, The F.A. Cup Final at Wembley, The Heineken Cup Rugby Final at Twickenham and The Royal Garden party at Buckingham Palace. He has also worked on a film set in Murcia, Spain and at private 'pop up', events, parties and weddings in London, Hampshire & Dorset. Choosing our menu from such a tempting selection was difficult, but having chosen, the booking process was straightforward. The only problem was getting the card payment to go through. Our chef, Ade, phoned me a few days later to discuss the child’s menu and any food sensitivities. On the day, he was very professional and produced a wonderful meal for our celebration.
Ade was exceptional. He was friendly and talked us through each course. The food was punctual and the presentation was first rate. The servings were generous - certainly no one was left hungry!
Ade was excellent. Polite, friendly and willing to adapt the menu to suit our needs including a different childs meal.
Ade was a star from start to finish - he dealt so well with our questions and loitering in his kitchen space, produced beautiful food and actually silenced a hen do with what can only be described as the most amazing sticky toffee pudding ever created! I would not hesitate in recommending Ade to anyone looking for a fantastic, personable chef for their event!

My guests and I really enjoyed our dinner with Chef Ade Samuel and were impressed by his professionalism and adaptability. We made a number of last minute changes to our booking and he handled these in his stride. He also wasn’t fazed by having to cook a meal for 9 with our Aga. We found him very friendly and courteous and he struck a good balance between being conversational and discreet. We’d be thrilled to have him cook for us again

Your feedback form is annoying. I wrote out some details and it imposed a space limit. It then froze. I'm redoing this. Chef good personality. Timing good. Menu quite innovative. Beware using paprika as feature spice for so many courses.

My cooking style is simple, using the freshest herbs and spices that I can find. I like to make all my dishes from scratch where possible and I love cooking fresh fish and chicken, using different grains and the best ingredients to maximise flavour.
I love lemons, allspice and fresh herbs. Lemons are so versatile and can add so much flavour to even the simplest of dishes. Allspice is such a versatile spice too and I enjoy using it when I cook jerk chicken and other Afro Caribbean dishes. Fresh herbs, especially parsley and rosemary are just so versatile too. I grow several herbs in my garden including both parsley and rosemary and I add them as flavour agents to my bottle of water that I drink daily!
I am a private chef because I love the challenge that cooking for new people in new environments brings. Eating good food makes us all happy and I like to make people happy!
Hungarian goulash when I was about 12. I do not know why, as my parents we both from Nigeria! However, I did take a liking to this dish. I am glad to say I have broadened my culinary horizons since then.
I am always cooking! However, for downtime I love music and watching films and learning and developing new recipes.
Albert & Michel Roux Senior, I grew up watching these two great chefs and they stimulated my life long love affair with food.
