My cooking style is creative and French influenced,I like to throw a few surprises in to the mix to make the plate more interesting and to make make myself stand out.
My roasted shoulder of Lamb is very soft and succulent it is cooked on a low heat for about 12 hours and is full of flavour.
I love meeting new people,I love having the freedom of creating my own menus and dishes for people to try.
I spend time eating out in different places to give me more ideas and to keep me up to date,I also like spending time with my wife and daughter and watching football.
